Cancellations

You shall be entitled to withdraw from the Agreement partly or in full, subject to the following:

  • 14days before the event date, 100% will be refunded of the deposit
  • 7days before the event date, 50% will be refunded of the deposit
  • 3days before the event date, no refund will be made

Cut Off Date

The Venue is tentatively booked until 3 days to the event Shall the agreement remain unsigned.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to automatically release the Bookings will be subject to availability and best available rate at the time of the reservation.
  • The Company has the right to cancel anytime by this date with no charges

Payment

You shall pay all fees and charges for Hotel Services as set out in the Contract Proposal. All extra charges incurred by delegates or by you during the Event shall be paid upon departure. We accept US Dollars and Uganda Shillings depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, JCB, American Express, China Union Pay, PayPal, Swift and Diners Club International. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, please find below the bank transfer details. Please note that all bank transfer charges shall be borne by The Guest, The resort will not be liable for any charges

Outside Food and Beverage

All food and beverage items must be purchased through the Hotel. Due to state health code standards, no food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel by guests without a signed Liability Waiver Form.

Transfer

You are not allowed to assign or transfer the Agreement, nor to sublease the contracted facilities to any third party, including a group company being affiliated with you, without our prior written consent

Confidentiality

The content of this Agreement may not be disclosed to any party not previously authorized to discuss these contents by The Guest and the Hotel

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the country where the hotel is located. All disputes, conflicts and claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled amicably between us. Should we fail to reach an amicable settlement, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court at the hotel’s domicile.
